Refunds & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product you received is defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@thcvapeliquid.co.uk with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence for verification.
Once we review your claim, we’ll notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe about your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
If approved, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Shipping Guarantee

If your order does not arrive or gets seized, we will reship your package for free under the following conditions:

  • Free reshipping occurs after 2 business days, as most orders arrive within 3 days.
  • If you entered an incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number), free reshipping is not available.
    The address is printed exactly as entered during checkout. However, we’ll offer you a 40% discount coupon for your next order as compensation.
  • You may provide an alternative address for reshipment, and we’ll use a different stealth method for added security.

1st Time Purchase Policy

We would like to inform you that, due to the legal status of our products, certain districts may incur an additional delivery fee. This fee is necessary to account for the heightened level of patrol in those areas and varies from £25 – £700 and it is fully refundable depending on the assessed risk level of your location. We cant issue a refund due to denial to comply to our terms

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to all countries that allow delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to the following regions:

  • India
  • Middle East

Orders to these regions are sent at the buyer’s own risk, and reshipping is not available if the package fails to arrive.
For all other countries (including the UK, USA, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Greece, and Poland),
delivery is fully guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

We offer two shipping options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping – £30.00
  • Overnight Shipping – £50.00

Customers can select their preferred option during checkout.

Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you immediately to either:

  • Refund the full amount using your original payment method, or
  • With your approval, source and ship the product once it becomes available.

Please ensure you forward your order receipt, order number, and secret answer for payment verification to avoid delays.

Delivery Location

Our products are available only to adults aged 19 and above.
All orders are shipped using DELTA, USPS, DHL, or FedEx prepaid delivery services and are vacuum-sealed for freshness and discretion.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 24-48 Hours
  • Premium delivery : 6 – 12 Hours 

Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can track your order via the UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx website for real-time updates.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination, and order contents. Some products may arrive in separate shipments.

Delivery Instructions

  • All products are shipped in airtight, smell-proof, and vacuum-sealed packaging.
  • Canna card may be requested for security purposes 
  • Packages are plain and unmarked for privacy.
  • Please ensure your correct name and address are provided for successful delivery.
  • Delivery to major cities takes 1–3 days, and to rural areas 3–5 days (depending on courier services).
